Caroline Chisholm

noula diamantopoulos was commissioned by the Goulburn Catholic Parish to create a mosaic homage to Caroline Chisholm.

The whole preparation, design, creation and installation of the mosaic took just over a year to complete, and the three-panel mosaic mural has been installed in the exterior windows of the Saint Peter and Paul's Old Cathedral, in Goulburn.

On the 29th June 2011, the mural was unveiled by Ms Quentin Bryce, the Governor-General of Australia, and it was blessed by the Archbishop of the Catholic Archdiocese, His Grace Mark Coleridge.

The reveal event was a huge success, attracting around 1000 parishioners and supporters of the community.
